Computer simulated football managers are dated back to the early home computers, like ZX Spectrum, with first games being published as early as in 1982. Since then the basics did not changed much - with player parameters being simulated as values to compare the skills between two footballers, but with time more and more additional aspects of each player, like morale, form, ambition, motivation and more.
